You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal through this page. After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation that your request has been received. We will then start processing your request.
After exercising your right of withdrawal, we kindly ask you to return the products to us within 14 days. If possible, please return the products in their original packaging. If this is not possible, please let us know before shipping the items back. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of returning the products is your responsibility.
Once we have received the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made according to your specifications or that have been clearly personalized for you.
